Shipping Policy

What is the Shipping Philosophy of KVMR APPARELS? 

We promise our customers one of the best experiences of online shopping that is hassle-free and reliable. We take care of all factors that ensure your delivery reaches you in a sound state. 

What is the delivery period? 

Orders within India are delivered within 7 - 10 working days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address. 

Do you apply any shipping charges? 

Within India, kvmrapparels.com provides Free Shipping for Prepaid orders above Rs 1000. There will be a shipping charge of Rs.50 on all orders of Rs. 1000 or below. COD services are chargeable. For shipping charges anywhere outside India please contact us at support@kvmrapparels.com 

Return & Exchange Policy

Customers can return their order within 7 days of the order delivery.  

All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. 

The product amount will be credited back to his/her kvmrapparels.com wallet or Discount coupons will be issued once we have received the products and quality check is done. 

Refund of shipping and COD charges is NOT applicable. 

To self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For returns, we recommend you do it through a reliable local courier service. Please share shipping details on support@kvmrapparels.com with your Order ID mentioned. 

Note: For replacement, kindly follow the return procedure for the product you want to replace and then use the store credit/discount coupon we give you in the KVMR Apparels account to place the order for the new product. 

For products without any manufacturing defect/ fault from our end, we are NOT entitled to bear the return shipping charges. However, with a charge of Rs.100, reverse pickups can be arranged in cases of Dislike, Wrong Phone model Ordered, Incorrect size Ordered, or any such issue where we are not at fault. 

Only the Purchased Amount will be refunded as a discount coupon to the Customer. 

In case of manufacturing defects, Customers are requested to share an image/video of the product received for verification purposes. We can process a replacement/ return only after a verification process is completed.
